COVID-19 Update

As a response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are putting new measures in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff. Our mission is to provide you with exceptional service and help ensure that your business will continue to operate successfully through these unprecedented times.

Response Plan:

  • We are now fully OPEN and operational
  • In-person visits in the building are by appointment only
  • NEW Curbside Pick-Up Policy & Procedure
  • Orders delivered via Transport or Courier will continue to be fulfilled as normal and are not effected by these changes
*NEW* Curbside Pickup Policy:
  1. We will inform you when your order is ready
  2. Please give us 24 hours notice before you would like to pick-up
  3. All orders must be Prepaid via Credit Card or E-transfer
  4. Drive to the NORTH side of our building (Back of Building)
  5. Call/Text (905)-320-5684 10-15 minutes before you arrive
  6. Please remain in your car until signaled and we will place the order on the dock
  7. Please maintain physical distancing with staff and other customers!
